Mission Trip 2023

July 15-23, a delegation from the Church of St. Timothy will spend a week on mission in Paintsville, Kentucky. Eight youth and six adult chaperones will spend time offering service at local organizations. Parishioners are invited to support our youth in this transformational experience of spending time in another part of the country, growing in their understanding and practice of our Catholic faith, offering service, sharing prayer, and developing in their relationships with one another. Each of the youth members has already paid $400 to help cover the costs of the trip, which include van transportation, lodging, and food. $7000 needs to be raised to cover the additional costs of the delegation. Some go by giving, and some give by going - your gift to support our youth on mission can make a difference!

• $500 = one seat in the minivan (includes rental fees and insurances for three vehicles) 
• $300 = fee for one adult chaperone
• $100 = 25 gallons of gas to contribute to the 2,000 miles that will be driven round trip

In addition, we also ask that all parishioners will pray for the members of our delegation as they deepen in their identity as Catholic Christian followers of Jesus who put faith into practice through acts of loving service.
